How much does it cost?
That is the most popular question. It’s both an easy and hard one to answer because it all depends on what you are looking for. Traditionally, wedding photography garnered 10-20% of a couple’s budget. When looking at your budget keep in mind the old adage “you get what you pay for” is extremely true when hiring a photographer. Experience, quality, confidence and exemplary customer service is affordable, but not cheap! SEE OUR LATEST SPECIALS or give a call and we will fill you in on our base package and options.
Do you travel out of state or do destination weddings?
Yes we do. This past year we did a CT wedding, a Vermont wedding and a NJ wedding. We have traveled as far as England to shoot and if you’re looking to make sure you have local accountability rather then get someone at your destination that you are spending a fortune to go to, we are a great choice. Our base package and additions apply. We will try to find the most affordable option for travel, travel time and lodging as possible. Or you can provide with confirmation and deposit.
Is the “Free Engagement Session” really free?
Absolutely! The only stipulations are that you must not have booked another photographer before the engagement session date, you need to book the shoot date during a consultation and it must be within a 30 mile radius of the studio. All your proofs are included (unobtrusively watermarked). If you book with us, all are delivered in high resolution and your Save The Date image(s) will be fully retouched. however, most couples do end up putting down a non-refundable date hold or book us to make sure the date is locked beforehand. Distance outside our range may be charged at $.55 a mile, Brooklyn, Queens, Montauk are $150 and Manhattan is $250 – still half the price of most engagement sessions.
I’m trying to save money/We are paying for it ourselves. Can we get 1 photographer for limited hours?
You aren’t going to save much and you are guaranteeing you won’t be capturing the entire event. We have a maximum amount of guests and hours that we will assign a single photographer to before we need to add people. Our base package is the perfect combination of 2 skilled photographer and no limit on time. owever, if you have a backyard or beach wedding with a small guestlist, or a special situation, call us. We work within most budgets!
Do you offer discounts for service people?
Yes, active service-people, veterans, law enforcement, firemen, seniors (brides and grooms only) and Freemasons do get a discount on everything but our video/photo special and flash sales. Call us with your needs and we can let you know what that discount is.
Do you do bridal boudoir sessions the day of?
We are experts at boudoir and can do it day of, before or after. It is currently extremely popular and it’s an affordable addition to any package. Please note, our most experienced boudoir shooter is a man. Although he is amazing at making anyone feel comfortable, it can be an issue to some women. If you require a female shooter please let us know and we will make sure that is taken care of.
Do you offer Photo Booth services?
Yes. We offer a few different options through our associate vendor Coach Photo Booths. We offer a basic open booth, an enclosed (curtains) booth and the brand new Magic Mirror booth starting at about $750. We also provide our “Red Carpet Paparazzi Package” where we provide all the same amenities as our regular photo booths but with a real photographer.
Do you also do video?
We offer both in-house options as well as amazing cinematography and drone work through our associate vendor Images Everything Cinematography. They are true artists and are the other half of our super 2019 photo/video deal for $4999! I can’t make it all the way out to Suffolk County. Can we do a consultation online or by phone/Skype?
Yes, if time is of the essence or you just can’t fit in a trip out to Coram, Long Island, we can accommodate you. nothing takes the place of a sit-down meeting in the studio where you can see the work, talk to our personnel face to face, look and feel the albums and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We are also dog and kid friendly. If you still an’t make it, we can do a phone consultation or set up an online meeting by Skype or gotomeeting.com. We can even meet you halfway!
If you really have an aversion to speaking with someone, we get it! We are constantly posting videos about specials and consultation subjects. If you check those out and decide we are for you, either call us to book or go right to our booking page! (Available March 2018)
I’m in the parking lot! Where is the studio?
We are located very near the intersection of Rte 25 and Rte 112 in Pond Plaza (see our “Contact Us” page for a google map). The studio is located upstairs right in the middle of the plaza between Boost Mobile and the tailor. Just come up and it’s the door on the right. If you have an appointment please ignore the knock sign and come in. Otherwise… please knock before entering. Our hours are Tues-Friday 10-6, Sat 10-3 (unless we have a wedding), Sundays we are closed and Monday is by appointment only.
